First Balloting Capital Smart City Islamabad:

In further updates, Capital Smart City has postponed its first Balloting event for a month. This balloting was previously scheduled to be held in the 3rd last week of November in 2019 however due to the “Political Unrest” situation in the Capital region decision was made by the management of Capital Smart City to postpone the event for another month.

The balloting was supposed to be held for the investors and the clients eligible for the executive and overseas block of the society. The society has also launched the map for the selection of the plots by the eligible investors of CSCI. The selection option is offered only to the investors who have booked their plots at half or full payment.

The last date set for the eligible members to choose their desired and plot numbers was December 5th, 2019 after which the selection option will not be provided. The members were provided the privilege to visit the head office of Capital Smart City and finalize their choice.

After the selection of plots is over, remaining eligible files will be included in the first ballot. The computerized ballot to allot numbers to residential and commercial plots will be held in,3rd week of December 2019.
