Capital Smart City announced great launches of the year. The society handed over the land to Harley Brain & Spine Specialist hospital & the National University of Technology (NUTECH) and Gandhara Art center in an event held at Capital Smart City Islamabad site on 8th January 2022. 

This groundbreaking ceremony was attended by many people, real estate professionals, realtors, and investors, making it a huge success. CSCI management has managed this event in coordination with renowned real estate firms. However, the long-awaited announcements were made by CSCI management to turn their promises into a reality. 

The event mainly evolved around the land allotment to the renowned organizations including NUTECH University, Harley Clinic London, Gandhara Art Center, and Nutech Flagship Campus, so that the development work starts as soon as possible to make these facilities available for CSCI residents and the general public. Besides, the society has announced a dedicated motorway interchange which is another achievement of this project. 

 

Director Gandhara Art & Culture Centre Dr. Zafar Mirza, Dr. Taseer, Director of Elderly Care Centre, Lt. General (R) Khalid Asghar, HI (M) Rector NUTECH University, and Dr. Irfan Malik attended the ceremony as chief guests. They addressed the audience and elaborate on the importance of these international-standard institutions in Capital Smart City that add more to the value and demand of this project.
